As co-owner of DPFCI, Meloany Perez brings vision, creativity, and client-focused design expertise to every project. Working closely with homeowners throughout the building and renovation process, she helps transform ideas into cohesive, functional, and beautifully finished spaces.

 

 

With a natural eye for design and a deep understanding of construction flow, Meloany bridges the gap between concept and completion. From selecting finishes and layouts to guiding clients through key design decisions, she ensures every detail aligns with both the client’s vision and the integrity of the build.

 

 

Her approach is hands on and highly personal taking the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Whether starting from a blank slate or refining an existing plan, she brings clarity, confidence, and direction to what can often feel like an overwhelming process.
